We are having a problem loading FRIENDEMIC data today.  As a result, those current data will not be reflected in reports.  This will disappear when the problems have been resolved.

• All users log into Apps using their Office 365 username and password (the same as your email. If you don’t know/remember your username and password, submit a help desk ticket.
• New hires will automatically receive Apps access and an appropriate security role once they are entered in Workday.  If an employee needs additional access beyond what they were given automatically, the manager should submit a help desk ticket.
• Terminations will automatically be removed from Apps once they are terminated in Workday.
• Promotions and job changes in Workday will automatically have their Apps security role updated.

Important reminder:  username and password sharing are strictly prohibited.  Persons who share their usernames and passwords threaten the security of our data.
